Dr Gemma Ossolinski is a General Practitioner accredited in Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) through the Possums program, providing gentle, evidence-based support for unsettled babies, infant and toddler sleep difficulties, breastfeeding and feeding challenges, and parental wellbeing.
With over 10 years of general practice experience and clinical time in paediatrics at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Dr Ossolinski has developed a strong focus on postnatal support, breastfeeding, unsettled babies, eczema, and broader aspects of child health. She enjoys working with families who have concerns about their child’s development or behaviour and has additional training in developmental screening.
Dr Ossolinski takes a holistic, compassionate approach, valuing the time needed to get to know her patients and build a shared understanding of their needs and goals — whether addressing a short-term concern or managing a chronic condition. She incorporates an ACT-informed framework when supporting parental mental health and works closely with other health professionals to ensure families receive appropriate ongoing care.
Outside of work, Dr Ossolinski is a proud mother of two young boys and a passionate advocate for neurodiversity.
